This site is meant for general entertainment, practice, and light skill-building. The games, guides, and local leaderboard are provided on an as-is basis. While every effort can be made to keep the site smooth and reliable, there may still be bugs, browser quirks, or temporary interruptions.

Local scores and browser storage

Your local leaderboard, best times, ghost pace data, and streaks depend on your own device and browser storage. The site is not responsible for lost local data if you clear storage, switch browsers, or reset your saved scores.

Contact and signup features

If you send a message through the contact form or join the sparkle list, you agree to provide accurate information. Do not use those forms to send spam, harmful material, or anything unlawful.

Content and design

The text, branding, design elements, and code in the live site may be protected by copyright or other rights. Do not copy or republish substantial parts of the site in a misleading way that suggests it is your own original work.

Future tools and ads

The live site may change over time. New modes, guides, analytics tools, advertising, or email features may be added later. When those changes affect how the site works, the supporting pages such as the privacy policy and terms page should also be updated.
